Fact: I do not like sci fi (or anime with its big creepy eyes)
Fact: I have a stridently enforced policy that involves avoiding all media products featuring vampires, space, dinosaurs and wizards. Wizards being the most insidious of the set.
Fact: A force unknown compelled me to tivo the catch up marathon of cherry picked episodes of USA Network's "The 4400" - all 13 of them.
Fact: I have watched five so far and am completley sucked in.
What's next? Lost? Harry Potter? Star Wars? No. No! NO!!!
